In 2000 Ekaterina Pronicheva graduated from the Law Faculty of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, in 2011 graduated from the Faculty of Arts of the Moscow State University.
From 1997 till 2010 she worked as a lawyer in “Rosgosstrakh”, UST, “Gazprom” and practiced law.
In March 2012 she became the first deputy head of the Department of Culture of Moscow. In December 2013 she was appointed as the head of the Department of Cultural Heritage of Ministry of Cultural Affairs of the Russian Federation.
Since April 2014 Ekaterina Pronicheva has been working as the first Deputy General Director of JSC “VDNH”.
She graduated from the faculty of law at Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2002. In 2012, she graduated from the faculty of state administration at Lomonosov Moscow State University. She received additional education in the field of crisis management at the Russian Law Academy under the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in 2016.
From 1999 to 2003 she was employed by the Moscow Stock Exchange and Moscow Department of Finance as a lawyer.
From 2003 to 2016 during her work at the Agency for Mortgage and Housing Credit Group, she was promoted from legal advisor to Deputy Director General for Legal Issues. Her area of responsibility as Deputy Director General covered issues on strategy development, legal protection, purchasing and operations of the company.
In August 2016 she was appointed as VDNH First Deputy Director General.
In 2004 she graduated from the Moscow State Open Pedagogical University with a degree of "Philologist and Orientalist".
From 2003 to 2006 she worked at the publishing house of "Afisha". From October 2012 to July 2015 she was employed as the head of the autonomous non-profit organization "Moscow Urban Forum" (founded by the Government of Moscow). During her work there were three global urban forums organized with the participation of official delegations and experts from the world metropolises; there were also city festivals held. Under the auspices of the Moscow Urban Forum there were held several interdisciplinary research projects, publishing program was launched, periodical ”Urban Agenda” was put out, and the program of regional city conferences was realized etc.
Since September 2015 Olga Papadina has been working as a Deputy General Manager of JSC "VDNH". She supervises the development affairs.
In 1992 Vladimir graduated from the Higher Komsomol School of the Central Committee of All-Union Leninist Young Communist League.
In 2004 he became a graduate of the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation with the degree in "State and Municipal Management".
Vladimir is a candidate of Historical Sciences; the subject of his dissertation is "Entrepreneurship and Industrial Policy in Russia: History and Modernity".
He is also the author of several publications on the analysis of the state policy in the sphere of industry and economic integration in the post-Soviet space. Vladimir Kochubey has state awards received during his service in the Armed Forces.
From 1996 to 2008 he was in the executive team of and managed a number of investment and engineering companies. From 2008 he held executive positions in OJSC "Mining and Metallurgical Company " Norilsk Nickel", State Public Institution “Joint Directorate "Mosgorpark". During the work there under his leadership there were realized a number of big energy and urban development programs.
In September 2015 Vladimir Kochubey was appointed a Deputy General Manager of JSC “VDNH”. He supervises the structural department of asset complex and of information technology operation.

In 2004 Dmitry Babkin graduated from Moscow Institute of International Economic Relations where he specialized in “Accounting, analysis and audit”. In 2009 he graduated from the Academic Law Institute with the degree in “Jurisprudence”.
In 1997 he started working in the financial departments of different business organizations. From 2004 till 2007 he was working in the executive branch of Sakhalin Region as a Deputy Chairman of the Committee of the economy, and then he was appointed as a Deputy Head of the Delegation of the Sakhalin Region in Moscow. Since 2008 he was working at executive positions at JSC “Ural Industrial - Ural Polar”, JSC “Oboronstroy”, JSC “Russian Railways - Development of Railway Stations”.
In May 2014 Dmitry Babkin is a Commercial Director of JSC “VDNH”.
In 1978 Alexander Egorov graduated from Moscow Institute of Railway Engineers. He began his career at the Department of Automated Control Systems of the Institute.
Since the early 1980s he has been working at the VDNH. He has gone a long way from a senior engineer in the Office of the Technical Operations to the Deputy Director General.
Since 2012 Alexander Egorov is a Technical Director of JSC “VDNH”.
She graduated from the Penza State Pedagogical University with a major in journalism and philology in 2007.

In 1980 Luydmila Rusinova graduated from the faculty of "International Economic Relations" of Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
From 1970 to 2009 she worked in the federal executive authorities (Ministry of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Economic Development, and Ministry of Industry). She coordinated the work of the exhibition, trade fair and congress activity in the Russian Federation being Executive Secretary of the Russian Government Commission on the exhibition activity.
In August 2009 Lyudmila was appointed as the Head of the Department of Exhibition Activity planning and Support of JSC “VDNH”.
Since November 2012 Lyudmila Rusinova is the Head of the Department CIS Countries Cooperation and Foreign Relations of JSC “VDNH” as well as the Executive Director of the Interstate Council for Exhibition, Trade Fair and Congress Activity of the CIS countries.
In 1974, she graduated from Moscow Forest Technical Institute with a major in automation and telemechanics.
She received a candidate of sciences degree in pedagogical science on February 8, 2002.
She has been employed by VDNH since February 1987. She was promoted from the head of the Department of Social Service and Development of VDNH USSR to deputy head of the Directorate for Work with Personnel and Social Policy at VDNH.
She is currently the Chairman of the VDNH trade union organization at the All-Russian Labour Union of Workers of RF State Institutions and Public Services; Deputy Head of the Department for HR Management and Social Policy at VDNH; and head of the Department for Social Policy and Personnel Development.
