On Friday, 18 August, a series of summer concerts of Songwriters on the grounds of VDNH's Green Theatre. Stage on the Water will wrap up with a final performance from British singer Lucy Rose.
Lucy Rose's debut album was released in 2012 and immediately brought notoriety to the artist, as its release was managed by Columbia Records UK, and Vogue nominated Lucy as Breakthrough Artist of the Year. However, the singer doesn't just limit herself to just solo performances. She has also collaborated and toured together with such bands as Bombay Bicycle Club and Noah And The Whale. Currently, Lucy Rose has two albums and a range of singles recorded, with her light and melancholic songs beloved all over the world.
On 19 August, the long-awaited performance by the breakthrough artist will be held in Russia, where she enjoys tremendous popularity and Moscow can't wait to welcome her. The singer is coming with a whole new programme, with the release of her third album Something's Changing planned for July. The singer's debut performance in Russia's capital promises to be one to remember, taking place in the beautiful surroundings of VDNH's Green Theatre. Stage on the Water outdoor summer stage, which was constructed on the surface of the water and situated on the Garden Pond in Ostankino Park, one of the largest and best designed parks of the Russian capital.
