Here, enthusiasts of hunting and tourism can find optical equipment, night-vision devices, hunting equipment, weapons care, sports and field equipment, tents, mountaineering accessories, diving equipment and much more. They will also have the opportunity to buy thematic literature, gifts and souvenirs here.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, the manager of the Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Bykov, noted that Hunting and Fishing in Rus is over 20 years old and is rightfully loved by fishermen and hunters.
"The exhibition is not only the largest in Europe, but also the most popular, and the number of fishermen and hunters is growing every year. As well as people who simply love nature. They come here and find a lot of useful, new, and interesting things",
said Vladimir Bykov.
First Deputy Director General of VDNH Dmitry Mikhailov congratulated the guests and participants on the opening and stressed that the exhibition has special significance for VDNH EXPO:
"Hunting and Fishing in Rus is held year after year on our congress-exhibition ground, which shows that VDNH EXPO is preserving and continuing the historical traditions of the Main Exhibition of the Country. We want to thank the organisers of the event for their trust and consistency of choice".
