In the spring of 2021, the Main Exhibition of the country will open a new gastronomic site called Farmeria, which will feature the traditions of the many nationalities of Russia. VDNH invites you to become a part of the large-scale project and open your own culinary space.
The gastronomic project will be housed in a specially built two-storey complex with a total area of 1,445 square metres on the border of the Central Alley and the Park of Crafts. The first floor will feature several culinary areas: corners with special design and decorations. The second floor will offer a more comfortable seating area that will transform into an event hall if should the need arise. It will also feature a wine room. The two-storey complex will have almost 400 seats. During the warm season, a summer terrace will be open on the site in front of the complex. It will be used as a venue for food festivals and other outdoor events.
The main feature of the complex will be its content. The gastronomic project will bring together a variety of establishments with their own unique style and culinary philosophy under the same roof. This popular format allows not only to introduce visitors to different national dishes but also to hold master classes, tasting sessions and other events on the territory of the complex. In addition, we are already putting together a calendar of events, including those that will take part on the neighbouring show ring. The rich, year-round event programme will allow Farmeria to attract an increasing number of new and regular visitors.
The complex is located next to such popular venues as the Square of Industry, the Space Pavilion, the City Farm and the Park of Crafts workshops. The entrance to the Landscape Park, the 4th Kamensky Pond and other natural attractions of VDNH are located a five-minute walk away from the complex. The location of the gastronomic complex was also selected thanks to its transport accessibility. It is located next to the Ring Road and can be reached by the city shuttle bus No. 533 and the free VDNH electric bus. In addition, there is a large parking lot nearby, near the Sovkhozny checkpoint. The Botanichesky Sad metro station is located some 20 minutes away on foot.
VDNH offers a simple partnership agreement to anyone wishing to take part in the project and open their own gastronomic space. Under the agreement, JSC VDNH and the partner combine their investments for joint activities with a goal of making a profit and without forming a legal entity. The profits are shared according to the amount of investments in the project.
