On 31 December the ice rink at VDNH will close at 10pm and the ice rink at Ostankino Park will close at 9pm. The rinks will re-open on 01 January: the one at VDNH will open at 3pm and the one at the Ostankino Park at 4pm.
Following the orders of the Head of the Moscow Department of Trade and Services, Alexei Nemeryuk, all ice rinks will be closed on the night of New Year's Eve. Also, by order of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, no mass events will be held during the New Year holidays.
