On 22–23 May, the City Farm at VDNH will host Healthy Eating Days, an event that will feature workshops, a quest, a guided tour of the farm and a demonstration of goat milking.
The City Farm at VDNH will organise themed weekends dedicated to the hot topic of healthy eating. One of its main goals is to show how anyone can build healthy relationships with nature, people and themselves. The participants will learn how to achieve a resourceful state: a balance of spiritual and physical energy that helps us fully live our lives and reach our goals. They will also learn what role a healthy diet plays in this.
From 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on 22 and 23 May, the City Farm greenhouse will hold the Funny Vegetables and Proteins & Carbohydrates workshops, where visitors will be able to make pendants in the form of healthy vegetables and animals from pasta.
At 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, visitors will be able to participate in the quest Spring Activities and help the protagonist unravel the secrets of the richest harvests.
At 1:00 p.m. on 22 and 23 May, the participants of Healthy Eating Days will be able to see a demonstration of goat milking at the City Farm.
In addition, at 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on the upcoming weekend, visitors can come to the main entrance of the City Farm to join a guided tour of the facility and learn more about the farm's inhabitants.
All VDNH events comply with the anti-coronavirus regulations for the time being in force. Visitors at VDNH museums and exhibition spaces are asked to wear face masks and gloves and observe social distancing. You can find more information on the anti-coronavirus measures at VDNH here.
