On 10 and 11 July, the VDNH greenhouse in Pavillion No. 14 (of the Republic of Azerbaijan) will host concerts by the Simple Music Ensemble and NEOrchestra. Audiences will enjoy the music from contemporary composers like Hans Zimmer, Ludovico Einaudi and Joe Hisaishi.
On 10 July at 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., the Simple Music Ensemble (virtuoso musicians from the best orchestras of Russia and Europe) will perform various pieces by the German composer Hans Zimmer. Hans Zimmer created soundtracks to such well-known films as Rain Man, Gladiator, Inception and The Dark Knight.
Simple Music Ensemble is a chamber group. It is generally made up of somewhere between two and thirteen people, and its repertoire includes various musical styles and genres ranging from the Renaissance era to contemporary music.
On 11 July at 9:00 p.m., you are invited to attend the Neo-Classics: the Zeitgeist concert. NEOrchestra will perform pieces from modern composers: Ludovico Einaudi, Max Richter, Chilly Gonzales, Olafur Arnalds and Joe Hisaishi. The audience will enjoy majestic string and piano music. The orchestra's artistic director, Ivan Nuzhin, laureate of all-Russian competitions and winner of special conducting awards.
Seating is subject to social distancing requirements during concerts in the Greenhouse of VDNH Pavilion No. 14. Occupancy is limited to 50% capacity on account of current sanitary restrictions. All visitors are expected to wear face masks and gloves. QR codes or vaccination certificates are not required.
