On 11 July—the Day of the Russian Post—the Russian Post and Russian animation studio Soyuzmultfilm will launch a joint project. Throughout the week, visitors to the VDNH Soyuzmultpark Multimedia Centre can send limited edition postcards issued to celebrate the holiday anywhere around the world free of charge.
The series of 10-postcards feature characters from animated movies such as Kanikuly Bonifatsiya, Prostokvashino, The Return of the Prodigal Parrot, Junior and Karlson, Just You Wait! and The Bremen Town Musicians will be available at Soyuzmultpark, Pavilion No. 7. You can write sign your message and send for free anywhere in the world using the Russian Post mailbox located in the Multimedia Centre lobby. Postage is picked up every morning.
This initiative is known as MultPrivet from Soyuzmultpark. The multimedia centre has produced 5,000 colourful postcards with all-time favourite characters of Soyuzmultfilm animated movies.
The project begins on 11 July, the professional holiday of postal workers, and will continue until 18 July.
Soyuzmultpark is Russia's only multimedia centre dedicated to iconic animated Russian films. The pavilion organically combines animation and modern technologies. Visitors to Soyuzmultpark will be thrilled to take a journey to 18 interactive attractions and interact directly with their favourite animated characters.
