Svadba Soyek is a wonderful fairytale movie based on the classic literary work of the Georgian author Vazha-Pshavela. The chef at Svadba Soyek came from sunny Georgia and brought the authentic cuisine of his country. The recipes of some of the dishes have been kept secret for years. Here, they make amazing khachapuri: the Imeretian is perfect for a company, while the adjaruli is great as a main dish for one guest.
At Svadba Soyek, young patrons can enjoy traditional chicken noodles and chicken patties with mashed potatoes, which is a great, filling lunch after a long walk around the Exhibition in winter. On their summer menu, you will find shoti, khinkali, kebab, different kinds of shashlyk, satsivi, pkhali, adjapsandali, chicken soup, milkshakes, juice, natakhtari lemonades, homemade lemonades and other delicious food and drinks.
