Coffee Laboratory Smart Coffee
The coffee laboratory consists of the roasting facility Smart Roaster and the coffee centre Rainbow Coffee Roasters. Smart Roaster at VDNH is a large-scale coffee roaster with a warehouse full of a variety of green beans.
It was established 18 months ago as a B2B platform. Many coffee chains and small conceptual coffee shops choose Smart Roaster for their coffee needs. The benefits of joint purchases of beans and coffee manufacturing equipment allow Smart Roaster to offer a great alternative to opening one's own coffee roastery.
The creative force directing the project is Olga Melik-Karakozova, the four-time winner of the Russian barista championship and winner of the worldwide Nordic Roaster 2013 competition. Olga often travels to countries that grow coffee to sel ect the best lots for the clients of Smart Roaster.
The coffee centre Smart Coffee is the result of years of cooperation between Olga Melik-Karakozova and Anna Serova (a world-champion barista in the nomination Coffee & Alcohol, a mixologist, creator of the lavender and citrus raf coffee, sage latte and many others). Olga and Anna travel a lot and bring the latest trends in the coffee industry back to their shop.
Apart from drinks, the coffee shop has an impressive selection of coffee accessories to brew coffee at home and a wide range of coffee beans from different corners of the world for every budget.
The coffee shop attracts everyone fr om the uninitiated and beginners to true coffee connoisseurs and even professionals in the industry.
