Pavilion No. 46 Economics and Organisation of AIC is located between Likhoborsky and Sovkhozny Drives, next to a small pond and the restaurant complex Fishing Village.

It is a low rectangular building. This building is made in the shape of three pyramids, giving it features of Egyptian and Chinese architecture.
